There are plenty of recipes with the use of eggs. They can be prepared for every meal. As traditional scrambled eggs or omelette for breakfast, as an addition to sandwiches and salads, and for dinner in the form of sour rye and sorrel soups. Interesting dish for dinner’s second course are eggs battered in pork loin and dried tomatoes.
To prepare this nutritious dish you should prepare:
- 3 hard-boiled eggs, peeled from the shell,
- 3 slices of pork loin,
- 6 dried tomatoes,
- 1 raw egg,
- salt and pepper to taste.
Tenderise slices of pork loin by beating them into thin slices. Cut dried tomatoes in small pieces and mix them with spices. Grease one side of pork loins with the tomato dressing and then wrap the boiled egg in the slice of pork loin.
The next step is to dip the entirety in the beaten raw egg and then in breadcrumbs. That’s how you make a tasty batter. The last step is to deep fry all “bundles” on each side.
Additionally, you can prepare a quick salad or potatoes to make a dinner for the whole family!
